Abstract

The position and pose estimation of 3D Object in a short time is needed for a shape measurent of product quality inspection in the production line.In order to perform shape measurement of the object corresponding to the speed of the mass production line before the contact measurement is done,the shape similarity of pose estimation of the object become requirement.In this research, we propose the pose estimation method of the object by comparing outline information acquired from CAD database and Projection data according to the shape descriptor.
